The new was spoiled or whatever happens to champagne, Anyway, the store took the bad bottle back. I thought I lost $45, but they run their business like true professionals and gave me great customer service! They made a customer for life!"

"Visiting from out of town. We were racially profiled and asked for ID when no one else was asked. Pattie the cashier was racist. We all are well over 35. Producing our ID was never the issue it’s the fact that after we showed her we asked when was one of my friends birthday who btw had a birthday the day before. She couldn’t even remember or say it literally 5 seconds after “checking”. It’s unfortunate they treat their patrons this way. You have no idea who you are entertaining. Again it was never about producing our id’s but the fact that Pattie the cashier felt it was job to racially profile us is disgusting. I’m posting a review on this location until I’m contacted by higher ups"

"We absolutely love coming here for the wine classes. They are all a little bit different, and you get a different experience with each instructor. Having somebody on hand at the store who can teach you and is also passionate about wine is wonderful. I always know that when I come to total wine. I will find exactly what i'm looking for. I love using the app and having access to the rewards system, which gives me discounts in the store. I feel fortunate to live so close to a great store filled with wonderful people who I have come to know since starting my wine education journey. They also have free delivery on orders over $79, which can be a really nice benefit. When you just don't feel like driving out to get a case for your next party. Their delivery people are professional and check I d so I feel like they're responsible which I like. Thank you total wine for making sure that your employee's training is 1 of your top priorities."
