"I recently had an issue with one of the artists employed there, I paid for a Black Friday special from him in full plus a tip and got half of the work done, and after weeks of trying to get this artists attention to either get me on the schedule or repay me my deposit so I can go get it finished by a different artist looking stupid lol (which some more is still coming out of my pocket btw), I finally went by the store and talked to the owners and not only paid me back my deposit and took absolutely good care of me and it makes me heart happy that he was willing to fix one of his artists mistakes even though they were not responsible for it. They are nice trustworthy people and I would absolutely suggest them in the future."

Melini took time to line up the piercing with an existing piercing so that it would look right, helped my child understand how to care for their piercing, and even showed us jewelry options for when the piercing is healed enough to swap out. We will be for sure visiting her again!"
