"Had a donut on my bag, but the chocolate donut was melted inside my bag, where it was with my other's pastries. So, when i was already to pay, I told the cashier that was the MANAGER SANTIAGO, that my donut it was melted, even though bag looked all soggy. And he only said "sorry, you have to pay it". That wasn't expected for a customer service."

"I visited this place on several occasions and with the same result. Especially when it comes to ordering hot food. Burritos and tacos aren't prepared properly. Tortillas were cold as well as the stuffing in it. Carne asada overcooked and dried out, sitting in a warmer for hours. The staff behind the counter are careless. An $11 dollar burrito is excessive considering the poor quality of the ingredients."
