"I have a Gucci watch that I had a horrible experience with Gucci themselves. Long story short I turned my watch in which was supposed to take no longer than 3 months and ended up 1 1/2 - 2 years to finally get back. Not only after countless attempts to get my watch fixed and even found from multiple managers to where they shipped it, I also ended up paying $250 for new battery and new band on which they said they would take care of. So I get my watch back and 3 months later it stops working out of nowhere. I bring my watch here and find out Gucci repair team not only gave me a cheap battery, but they broke 3 total parts on which held the battery together. Nonetheless I had my watch fixed and no problem since and it’s been about 3 months now! Great business! I will continue to come here.
