"Ordered shoes online, paid for 2 day shipping. They put it on 6 day schedule. Can't get any customer service to respond. shop elsewhere."

"Not very happy, I have bought shoes here all time. This last time I bought shoes for my grandson about a month a ago and I felt there was no need to keep my receipt for my purchase and I didn't register my number with them. My grandson shoes where the shoe strings go through have broke one on each shoe, I called to let them know of course it's with in the 60 day time frame and due to not having the receipt or my # on file they cannot assist.i paid good $ for the shoes for this to happen."

"Such a warm welcoming place to walk into. I was very lost and the one of the girls named valerie helped me out a lot with certain shoes and was very nice and patient with me. Once i got to the counter there was a girl Ashlie who checked me and and was very sweet and making sure i found everything i was looking for. Definitely will be going back:)"

"Most people who go shopping for kids without them. They also know chances of them liking the new shoes are very slim. At this location the manager understands this. Returns are expected. She makes this process easy. Answering all questions, offering to help you order them or exchange or just giving me my refund. Feeling embarrassed doesn't need to be shopping for shoes doesn't have to be a unpleasant experience. I definitely recommend this location for my families kicks.."
