"My mother is 80 years old and tested positive for Covid. Given her age and preexisting conditions, her doctor immediately prescribed Paxlovid. We arrived to pick it up, and the pharmacy tech refused to give it to us because my mother is on a statin. According to her doctor, and to the Covid-19 treatment guidelines from the NIH (covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov), people on statins can either continue taking them, or should stop taking them while on Paxlovid. Her statin, Simvastatin, should be halted while on Paxlovid. Your pharmacy tech, or your computer, should know this, or they should defer to the doctor who wrote the prescription. This refusal to dispense Paxlovid delayed my mother’s first dose by more than 24 hours and has literally endangered her life. This piece of misinformation will eventually kill someone."

"This review is specifically about Clicklist, This review is specifically about Clicklist, The clicklist grocery pickup at this location couldnt be worse its * Poorly staffed * The parking spots are located about 100 yards away from where the groceries are coming from so it takes forever and they are already short staffed * Ever since Covid hit they have never once been ready on The times that we select online. I can’t believe Kroger lets this happen at one of their stores, extremely disappointing on managements. If I was part of Kroger management I would be embarrassed. Hopefully someday soon I can change this review but this has been going on for months And it’s only gotten worse"
