"The fact that they cancel appointments and never call to tell you or reschedule super unprofessional! Has happened multiple times and it’s ridiculous. People make appointments for a reason. They also say they provide haircuts for children and sometimes children will cry it’s part of it. No child will ever be the same. If you are unable or unwilling to provide a service that was previously booked and it clearly states is a child don’t have that available on your website and say you don’t have the time. Thought I’d give it another shot but this place is just a joke and unprofessional. Had them at a high standard for a while until this and the continued cancellations with not even a call to reschedule."
"I absolutely love this place! My son is now almost 2 and I have been taking him now a little over a year, once a month. Each Barber has cut my sons' hair, they are very patient, take their time and accommodate a moving toddler. I have always loved the way my sons' hair turns out, ihave no complaints. After a disaster cut from another barbershop, I will never go anywhere else."
