"Called David to book a mobile appt for my elderly father. David said he put the date and time of appt on his schedule and for me to text him my fathers address. I texted him immediately the address, date and time of appt. as well as the price he quoted me. He said he would call or text me the day before to confirm. I never got a call or text. I texted him to confirm, no answer. I called. He sounded confused and said he never got my text. What about the confirmation call to me? Ummm. No. My dad gets very anxious for appointments, so waiting around for someone to do a NO SHOW doesn't work for him. Disappointing."
