"Worst experience ever I paid over $80 for a terrible job. The only reason I went there was because my original nail lady was not available. I should’ve waited first she got glue all over my hands then after she was done, my nails were looked terrible I was so embarrassed to walk around, I let the nail shop know and they did nothing about it. I would never go there and spend any money. Not even a dime they only care about getting people in and out as fast as they can, and not about the nail art. Like I said, Worst experience ever, never will I go here again. I would not recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy because they were that bad , my nails look like teeth…"

"Worst service I have ever received. I went to get a pedicure, removal and gel manicure. When I got in the front desk lady was so nice and kind. Showed me to my seat and the chaos begun. I don’t mind several people working on services but it wasn’t comfortable. The girl doing the removal would have me reach across my body vs just pulling her cart to the other side to let my hand rest somewhere. We went from filling down to acetone, file down acetone. It got to the point where it was getting warm and hurt when she would file. I looked at several and she had thinned me out past my natural nail plate. I told her it was fine but she kept going…. At one point I had 3 people working on me. It was not relaxing and I was wondering how they were going to have matching shapes with two people working on my manicure when the one never asked me the shape. Long story short I had them stop. They had filed down so fine to that when shaping my nail was too soft to shape. When I got home, Looking at my pedicure I could see they didn’t even apply the top coat to several nails for my pedicure. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will not be going back. Should of just done this at home cause most people should know better."
"This was my first time in and I saw Mimi and let me tell you she is absolutely amazing. She did exactly what I asked for. You also get 1 complementary drink (Coke, Diet Coke, Water, Wine, White Claw. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back."
