"I'm from out of town, and happened to get sick while visiting. I had some prescriptions sent here from an urgent care - and there was a slew of problems. My insurance didn't know why the addresses were different, I had issues with my birthday, and it was a whole fiasco. But, the three women who were there during this whole debacle were over the moon AMAZING. Their names were Heather, Kendra, and Nancy. Heather was absolutely hospitable at the register, and didn't miss a beat when it came to what I needed to do to get my medications today. Kendra, whom I spoke to mostly over the phone, went above and BEYOND to get a hold of my insurance multiple times to alleviate the situation and find out what the hold up was. And Nancy, I'm assuming is the head pharmacist, took her time to break down exactly how to and when to take these new medications. Even though is was a stressful process, especially while sick, these three made it as smooth as it possibly have been. Thank you again, ladies! Cheers from a sick small town girl."

"There are only a couple employees who work in the pharmacy that are pleasant to talk to. The rest are all extremely rude. The wait times are ridiculous. It doesn't matter what time/day I go, my average wait time in line is an average of 20+ minutes. Even calling them to get info on an RX or update personal info takes forever. They need to work on their consistency in providing an answer for when a RX will be ready for pickup. I'll get 3 different answers by 3 different people."

"I've been going to Frys almost 9 years now and this is the worst Pharmacy I've ever gone through. They even hung up on me when I was talking to them. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. I seriously take better care of my Pickup customers than she does her pharmacy people that are probably dying and she hangs up on them."

"Before I tell you about how great the Pharmacy and Staff are, let me mention some names. The Great Pharmacist that have been so helpful to me over the years are: ANTHONY, SHAR and LEE. These are some of the most Compassionate , Empathic and Professional Pharmacist's that I have ever had! Now for the Staff/Pharmacy Techs: Jennifer (Jen) Super helpful and Caring Then Nicole , Kendra , and Heather are also very helpful and Caring. I am always impressed with how friendly and nice they all are even after working a full day shift! I have been picking up my Refills here for approx 15 years and Fry's Pharmacy and Staff have always taken care of me. I have taken some prescriptions that are hard to find and get but the Pharmacist would always get my new medications ordered so that I would have them. Many times the Insurance would put a "Prior Authorization" request on the pills and the Pharmacist's and Staff members always helped out and called my Doctor and dealt with my insurance to make sure I would get my Medication on time so that when I went in to get my refill they would be available. I feel so bad for this Pharmacy Crew because they are some of the most over worked employee's and they don't always receive the Love and Thanks that they deserve. Working with insurances, Doctors offices and all the regulations of medicine's and what day they can be released can get people angry when they can't get their meds. I totally understand that but you can't take it out on these great employee's at the Pharmacy. Believe me, they want you to be happy and get your medicine! i can guarantee that 99.99% of the time it was not their fault for things not working out. Just remember that next time you go in and the Doctor forgot to call or the nurse didn't give the correct info or your short on pills because you went over the amount prescribed by mistake and Please give them a break. They are the ones that are trying to help you get your medicine and want to see you get it and do well. Try next time to just smile and Thank all the hard working Pharmacist''s and Pharmacy tech's for doing such a great job in getting you your medicine."
