"spent $273 on creased shoes. the guy told me he was pulling the same pair from the back, as i tried on a shoe from the floor. when i took the shoes home i noticed he just put the one i tried on the floor into a box and charged me full price for it. so now i look stupid with one creased shoe with scuffs and tearing threads and one perfectly fine. and of course, that was the “last pair” and “no refunds”. wish i would have bought a pair online."

"I tried on the shoes I got as a gift. They informed my friend that if they were the wrong size we could come in and change the shoe. Now they are turning us away because they can’t take a shoe back that looks “worn”. The shoe was way too big, there is no way I could have even worn them if I wanted too! I am beyond frustrated with this place!! Never shop here"

"Bought some shoes and when I went home I checked to see how much the shoes go for on StockX and turns out they are charging double the price. The next day I tried to go return the shoes and they said all sales are final but no one informed me of that and he tried to say they have a tiny little sign laying on their counter at checkout as if anyone will be looking there. Be more honest and professional with your customers."

"Just had a shoe sales woman at this establishment try to charge me $273 for a pair of shoes that everybody else has for sale at $125. I sat there and asked, are you sure, and told her why. So I went to a different store in the same mall 5 minutes away and paid $136 after tax. On my way home I realized that I think she was trying to charge me for two pairs. Idk what her angle was, but it was ridiculous and I'm glad I didn't pay."
