"I would not recommend. The man running the counter, which is a total mess as well as the store itself, is very nice. He is overly nice! I took my boots in to be glued and they had them for 2 weeks. Upon picking them up I found the black glue showing on the shoe and some of the areas were not glued properly. I asked the overly nice man to look at them in the sun of the office and he refused. He said come back and talk to the repairer which I refused. Clearly I was unhappy and he was not so overly nice anymore. I gave him the cash for the remaining bill and he gave it back to me when I advised I would be commenting on his website. Not a good experience for me but I tried to support local."
