"I work as a car carrier and my experience with this dealership is absolutely horrendous! First and foremost, the salesperson Petros, who is listed on the BOL, had the audacity to abruptly hang up the phone and speak to me in the most disrespectful manner imaginable. The receptionist connected me to him not once, not twice, but a mind-boggling four times, and each time he spoke with such nervousness that his words were incoherent gibberish. After enduring this ordeal, I was then transferred to another salesperson named Rafel, who promised to gather all the necessary information and have everything prepared for my arrival. All I had to do was make my way to the reception desk. Mind you, I had called a full two hours in advance. However, upon my arrival at the showroom, there was absolutely no trace of any information about the car at the reception desk. It took a painstaking 10 minutes of back-and-forth before I was informed that the car was not even remotely ready for pick-up. To add insult to injury, I was then forced to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to retrieve it from the depths of their parking lot. Let me tell you, this has been, without a doubt, the single worst car pick-up experience of my entire existence. If, by some unfortunate circumstance, you find yourself with an order to transport cars from this dealership, I implore you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that you are not being swindled and that the car is genuinely being prepared for pick-up. Furthermore, I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this dealership altogether. Seek out establishments with more affable and customer-oriented salespeople for your own sanity and peace of mind."
