"Brand new box truck w brake issues....cracked windshield, no wiper fluid. charged me same as two day for 1day 4hrs...no appoligies for lack of maintenance. Implied I was lying about brake issues. As soon as I came in desk Mgr walks away to avoid discussion as promised. My rental fee doubled. Lesson learned."
"Had to rent an electric 75' snake to do some sewer work at my house. Staff is super friendly and explained in detail how the rental unit worked. The gentlemen that helped me was a Veteran. I thanked him for his service. Then we talked about trucks for a few minutes. The store is clean, and well maintained. Shelves are stocked, and signs to find items clear and visible."
"Home Depot is terrible for customer service. Rental staff has bad attitude & they are rude. Women so fat she cant walk and wont talk so you don't know what she is going to do. Found 4 employees sitting and chatting. They didnt want to help us find a single item. One finally told us what isle to look on. No one has time for the customer. Lowes is MUCH better but doesnt rent tools."
