"I love Dr. Judy! She has been both of my children's doctor since birth and having her around has made the early years very easy. She is very good at explaining why things happen and giving multiple remedies to cure the issue. On a side note: The staff is friendly and nice, though the woman answering the phones (I believe Linda was her name) to their office can seem very dry and unhelpful. She came off as very rude, to me when I called in after realizing I missed an appointment by an hour or so, and was calling to find out if I'd be able to reschedule instead of having to pay for a cancellation; she was very unsympathetic. I understand company policies, and didn't have a problem with the fee, I just had a problem with the way she handled the situation."
