"Had a haircut here once. It went pretty well. Most recently I tried to get second haircut and the baber bailed on me. I set up an appointment yesterday, specially asking them "what time works best for you" at that time they told me 9:30. Today baber then calls me 20 minutes before the appointment saying they have to bail as "they need to go buy razors" I don't appreciate that they don't have a mutual respect for my time."
