"Me and my little brother just got a haircut. There is a big sign that says “walk ins welcome” and so we thought okay cool! As we didn’t have an appointment. I understand that it’s the Saturday of Christmas weekend and all the barbers are likely booked up, we would not have minded waiting. But off the bat, the barbers seemed to have been arguing over not wanting to take us in because of appointments they were anticipating. Which is fine, we would not have minded waiting or coming back another day, but they reluctantly took us in and gave us haircuts. The barbers could have just communicated to come back another time or wait, but they didn’t. Just argued silently with each other, having those conversations with their eyes as if we don’t understand body language. The haircuts were fine… just weird attitudes."

"Took my son as a walkin, showed up at 11:20, they had 4 chairs full and 2 kids ahead of us. Sat there for 40min while the 3 with adults took their time to not cut any of the kids hair, 1 guy cut 3 kids hair while the other milked it. They start taking calls and apps for 12pm, about 10 people show up right before 12 and then someone says to me they’ll try to squeeze me in between apps, like I was there while they made the apps already waiting. Some places don’t deserve to be in business, won’t be bringing his older back anymore and sorry I used to tip them $20 a cut. I’ll never return."

"I received absolutely terrible service. They advertise that you can make appointments online but upon my arrival at my appointment time I was told that appointments are meaningless which is why they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes. Billy Coey was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone enter this barber shop for any reason. Even though I had an appointment with him and the person I spoke with pointed me to him he ignored me as if I didn’t exist after they explain to me, the appointments are meaningless."
