"Ive been a customer, ordering pick up more often than I’d like to admit. I’ve tolerated how rude the person is who answered the phone, whatever, I’m not tripping. Today, was the absolute last straw. I call, no answer. Often they don’t answer on the first call, but they call back even. Cool. I speak to her, say hello, asked about chef special. She tells me and immediately says “ you can look online, all information is in there”. Okay, I’m used to this from her. So I say hold on, I know what I want. I tell her. She tells me low men is an extra $1. I say okay, and again starts with interrupts me and tells me to look online. I say, hold on, I know what I want. I just told you (she didn’t hear because she was too busy turning to go online). Of course, her tone is inappropriate and she’s just rude overall. I asked her to “be nice. I’m almost done”. She hangs up on me! Whaaaa??? I call again. I can’t believe it. She keeps hanging up on me!!!! OMG. FLABBERGASTED. SO, I went there. I was already out. I waited until 3 to eat. Because that’s when they opened. I told her exactly what I thought about her and reminded her that I AM THE REASON SHE EATS. I AM THE REASON SHE CAN PAY HER MORTGAGE. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE! It’s not hard to be nice."

"I ordered CHICKEN and broccoli with fried rice but it seems like they only had broccoli in the restaurant. The fried rice literally looked and tasted like the pour soy sauce in it and fried it, where’s the vegetable, the bean sprouts, carrots, eggs, something. Would not recommend."

"I usually order from this place, but I’ve been completely turned off. I am a stickler for service. The service is horrible here. I have left tips and they never say thank you. I tried asking questions about their website which majority of their items have no description. Like how do you know what it is without asking questions. When I called to ask a couple questions I heard in the background someone come in, so instead of asking them or me to hold she said “ sorry I can’t help you right now”’ I just hang up the phone and will never order from here again!"

"It used to be good but I dont know what happened I support here because I know is a mom and pops actually my child went to school with their child but at some point you can't just throw money away either bring a single mom it cost me a lot when I buy food out. It just got worse over time they count the pieces of meat the com pow chicken no longer had nuts and again it is always very little meat or chicken given but ok veggies are good but I love fried rice and it was just horrible too last and then it had nothing in it no egg no veggies no nothing in it but very salty rice. I hope they fix it because it is not a place I can support and really would like to."

"stopped in for the first time. Initially pleased with the first two orders but when I went to pick my sons food up the whole bottom of the styrofoam container was melted and l literally had to scoop my sons food from the bottom of the bag. Totally unacceptable. So I shared my meal with him. Really did wish the fried rice had veggies and eggs in it. Overall food was good and we will be giving them another chance so hopefully this never happens to anyone else."
