"I went in with another family member and they tried on several pieces. Nothing fit her properly in her legs. The waist trainer part of the leg was to big for her. After a while of trying things on we both notices a little bit of frustration by the daughters owners and felt a pressured into buying something. I tried on a piece of theirs and wasn’t going to buy it but ended up feeling the pure pressure of needing to walk out with something. I asked what the return policy was and they said they don’t return your money because they have experienced people using the product one day and returning it the next, sometimes even with stains from their mensural cycle. I walked out of the store with my purchase and not even an hour later i contact the owner explaining the situation and that the conditions were explained to me but was wondering if i could return the product first thing in the morning inside the bag with all the tags still on. Also explaining that i used cash making the process easier with transactions. The owner was aggressive with her interaction on the phone with me even when i explained it wasn’t a problem i just wanted to ask and see if they could do me this one favor since i called immediately after i purchased the item.... super disappointed in the owners and their way of handling business. I understand policy is policy but the situation was a little different with me willing to bring it to her right away if possible or even bringing it back to the store right when they open. Long story short. I would be very careful in doing business with them. They don’t honor what’s right for the client."
