"I have been going here for years and suggested this place to anyone needing work. These ladies have always done an excellent job. However, my last couple of times back were not good. They sewed my sleeve with the wrong material from another shirt, which they could fix because they threw the correct material away. I was now going back in. The lady who measured me didn’t correct my measurements the first time, and I asked three times to make adjustments. She would roll her eyes, sigh as she walked to the back, and argue that this was what I initially wanted, which is not true because my sleeve was not the initial length from the first measurements. After expressing being frustrated and disappointment this is what the front desk lady sent. I am very sorry, but we have many orders that we have to do, and we have made your shirts 4 times and you have not been satisfied, the first day you wanted us to take more of the sleeve and I asked you if that is okay and you told me yes, Then you came back and asked us to take more and now you want the sleeve shorter, the measurements of the finished t-shirts are not what you asked for from the beginning, the seamstress who is making your t-shirts has been working here for more than 18 years, and She has more than 40 years of experience, the store is paying her for her work time, not for the shirts, so the store has lost money with your shirts, and the store does not charge you extra for the changes you are making. asking why they support the work they offer, the same thing happened with the pants you took, they made them 3 times but that's fine, that doesn't matter, and you are free to take your work somewhere else, anyway we thank you for"
