"I was overcharged on my debit card and I showed them the proof they are still refusing to give me my money back it has been five business days and then they scream and yell at me when I come back in there to ask about my money so now I have my attorneys involved and now it's going to cost them way more money when I'm done My attorney is also putting a lien on the business until that I am fully paid plus my attorney fees and court cost All this could of been avoided crazy thing is they don't even know IAM a multi millionaire jokes on them now I got to take them to court stay far away from this place there doing shady business there also report to business bureau"

"I used to love coming here for coffee in thr mornings, 4am because it's on the way to work and used to be a clean place. Unfortunately the customer service has really bottomed out. I am treated like they never got told they need to be friendly, respectful, and smile every once in a while. The last 5 times I've come here has been rough. Not just 1 employee either. I am never greeted, even when I try to make a lightheaded joke about something silly, I NEVER get even smile. Its not that they arent friendly or just having a bad day, it's EVERY time I go there now they are straight up RUDE. I feel unwelcome and will not ever be coming back to this store even if the shell across the street or the circle k down the strret doesn't have what I need. Its been THAT bad."
