Love's Travel Stop

"Pumps don't work and or no signage as to which ones or any awareness that a pump isn't working and no one fixing these issues in a type of timely manner in any way.It can here be expected that a pump that your on something is wrong with it and you will be held up.Nice place I enjoyed my time there but can't expect anything to be working well with the pumps and long wait times while within the fuel island and you will be alright and from that last review before mine you definitely don't want to make this Love's truck stop a routine and go other places cause apparently it gets worse if your a repeat customer."

"When I was Truck Driver I used to go to the Loves all the time. Since my retirement over 11 yrs ago. The Love travel plaza appears to have gone down hill alot. I still travel alot and use the Loves for the fuel saving. I may be looking to get my fuel else where. When I pull up to the pumps they can't seem to scan my bar code for the discount on fuel and have to go in and deal with the team members who act like I'm bothering them. When I tried to talk with the team member about the issue she just looked at me with disgust and said " Sir, I just a team member" and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked if she was the only one working she didn't answer. I asked because when I walked in there was a line and no one seemed to care. It delayed me in getting my gas and all the people who were waiting behind me. The fuel Discount Just isn't worth the delays and attitude from the staff. Very Let Down by the way Loves is run now a days."

"I left my rewards card at home and i need sower I was trying to use my rewards card picture but they not letting me to use my rewards card picture and the ladies taking very rude see don’t no how can talk to customer all rules for drivers"

"The employees are friendly and the store. And the restrooms are clean. It's generally pretty good, but this time my gas pump kept on cutting off period"

"Loves is always my go to highway side sleep spot when traveling on road trips. This location is a bit noisier thanks to the highway intersection, but that also makes it very convenient. Inside there are plenty of amenities and some fast food available."
