"I've been coming to this location regularly for over a year. Yes the store is generally a mess with lots of vagrants and a seemingly constantly growing security crew monitoring the property. But understand, that this QT is next door to a major homeless, and mental health clinic. Lifewell. I believe this to be the reason for the extra disadvantaged people in the area. Yes, you will be asked for money by homeless. The bathrooms are a complete disaster. I don't think I've ever used it when it doesn't look like a storm has passed. But I don't blame this store for having a homeless problem, most gas stations do. And this location is right next to a shelter of sorts. I have not had an issue getting breakfast here, and it is quite good. The kitchens in back are open early and food is great. You should avoid the hotdogs, there are times when they look pretty old. I feel that most of these reviews may be a bit unfair to this location. Most gas stations suffer from a vagrant problem. And is heavily influenced by the area. This QT has made steps to fix the problem and the security has helped. I don't see as much large encampments outside each door waiting to pounce on any customer that goes in. The staff here have always been friendly, and I have never had any issue with getting things I wanted at this store. While the store does have its issues. I will continue to go here. I won't blame a store for people having a bad time in life. If you are sensitive to the world. Or are not used to poor communities, and ghetto areas with sketchy people. You may want to get gas in Scottsdale."
"This is the dirtiest QT I have ever been to. The women's restroom looked like it Jang been cleaned in at least a week! Very disappointed. I'm in sales and restroom the city. I've stopped in lots of QT stores in my travels and never found one this bad"
