"I'm feeling generous for Christmas so I gave two stars. Bathroom is locked at noon. I think I was lucky to fill up my drink before it ran out. The kiosk won't ever credit me for the beverage club and none of the support agents online can offer a satisfying explanation or fix. I had to wait in line longer because nobody was at the regular register and one of the kiosk robots was card only. Then the girl who could have been manning a register stood by to tell me how to push the green cash payment button and then to brilliantly enlighten me that my dollar bill was initially rejected. It's not the worst thing that ever happened to me but how on earth did society's bar get so low. Circle K training manuals must have a chapter called "The Customer Is Bad And Stupid". P.S. Next time I want a restroom I'll just stop at the QT two blocks away that I had to pass to get here and with easier access because it's not on the corner."

"The girl was nasty. Told her I wanted cash back, she said ok, put me through the self serve, paid for my purchase. She brought me to the regular checkout, then said you have to buy something for cash back, I obviously just did that. She said it's not her fault, she just stood there, terrible nasty attitude. I made a 2nd purchase of a candy bar at the counter but will never go there again, should have gone half a block to QT. Honestly, every time I go to circle k I leave unhappy. I think this is the final nail, circle k has lost a customer."

"This circle k does not take frys rewards and both cashiers in this store are rude. The black woman that worked today at 415 pm on 6/21/23 is very rude. She told me to wait for a cashier so I can use my reward ponts then come to find out they don't even take the points.. I told her and she smacked her teeth and gave me a crazy look and said oh well. And walked away.. very unprofessional.. I rather pay full price for gas and go to quik trip. Since I paid full price anyways"

"JUST GO TO QT, 7ELEVEN, ANYWHERE BUT HERE! TRUST ME I've had the worst experience at this circle k! And it looks like everyone else is disgusted with this store too. The manager an African with a bad haircut is rude, lazy and unprofessional. I've seen him yell at customers and downright disrespect innocent bystanders because he can't handle running the store in the manner it needs to be ran. The morning shift is the worst. Be careful eating there because they cook with dirty pans and without gloves or washing their hands. Just go to QT and save yourself some time and money because an insider told me that the smart checkout is set up to overcharge you on just about every item in the store."
