"I have seen this place go from good to poor, and bounce back great again. I usually go once a day, but today I was yelled at for putting polar pop ice in a polar Pop bag, I for the most part buy my ice on most occasions. Thinking to myself, because I am a regular and also just bought a polar Pop with the promotion candy.On my way out I went to show her that I had gotten the ice, she had me all wrong and yelled at me "Next time you do that I'm going to have you banned" Keeping my composure I then went to explain to her that I showed her the ice because I didn't want her to think that I was stealing.. I.usually buy a bag of ice everyday and forgot my card so only had little money on.me. her then reply is "Well you should have bought a bag then! " My apology I said twice very nicely first try her reply was "Your not sorry. " All the years that I've been going to this store I have never had a problem just getting a polar Pop bag of ice every now and then when I couldn't afford the bag. . Back way when in the day they didn't have any pigeons lurping on their awnings and employees you didn't have to prove anything to be treated equal as a customer.. Sometimes when you go into these places people don't realize what kind of day either side is having. I just hope that with some sense of moral standing that the customer is truly right when they know about the store they go to and this specific store if they only knew shouldn't be hard on me just because I've never known the store to be untrusting. Her reaction was shocking and embarrassing.and rude. . She could have just said thank you have a nice day like I'm used to. Feb 18th Sunday afternoon time."

"I was traveling and pulled over to get ice and a donut. I parked to eat my donut and make a phone call. They called security on me after being there 5-10 minutes. I asked the cashier inside why they harassed me. It's their policy that I was to make my purchase and leave. I was flabbergasted that they were so rude."
