"Clean, but not the cleanest QT. Easy access, as long as you're not heading south between 4 PM and 6 PM because left turns are not allowed during those hours. Machines are working more often than not, and the employees are friendly."
"I went to put Gas in my truck and I literally just put the nozzle in the gas tank, not even pressing it and it started charging me. The pumps don't have any stickers from Dept of weights and messures. None of the pumps had them, I told the assistant manager what had happened and she just blew me off and said she would let the manager know. That is ridiculous. Never going back snd calling the State on Monday."
"Staff is friendly always. I am slightly disabled and even in the midst of a rush, there is always someone to help. This QT is our neighborhood store. The store is always spotless, and the staff is amazing. That store Manager certainly has a knack for finding really fun people to work at their store."
"Dear Kevin, If I could give a negative 100 I would. Antonio the assistant manager did not want to correct an error an employee made. He was clearly upset and the employee refused to take accountability for his error. I had requested $19 on pump 7. I was clear on my part. He then proceeds to refuse to fix the error. I had an empty pump and he kept repeating pump 17, which I clearly stated pump 7. He needs retraining and should not be delegated that much power. He’s hostile and needs an immediate performance improvement plan."
