NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL! AND ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE LIES I WILL PERSUE ALL LEGAL ACTION. DOG EVEN CLEANED HIS PAWS WHEN I CLEANED MY SHOES COMING IN ON YOUR CARPET TO NOT GET YOUR FLOOR WET AND MESSY AS IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE."
