"Worst grooming experience ever. I told them to take off 1”. My Shih Tzu is lucky to have 1” of hair left on his body. They called me to tell me he was done. When we got there, they told me they couldn’t finish because he was aggressive. So now I have a dog with 1” of hair on his body & long hair everywhere else. Why didn’t someone call me so that I could come in & calm him down. Now I have to take him to a different groomer to finish the haircut. I will tell everyone not to use Petco grooming."

"This store has an issue with a male manager sleeping with the stores female dog groomers. I know of three girls, one of which had to contact HR to keep this guy away from her. I caught him with my girlfriend of 4 years. I contacted John a different manager last night about my concerns and was told “there’s nobody that will talk to you” so if that’s true and it’s ok to sleep with your employee’s here, I believe people should know."

"We brought our two dogs in get groomed.What a terrible experience! Specific instructions not to cut too much off One dog and they shaved him. They charged extra for a long hair dog and she did not get trimmed at all. To top it off they charged $5.99 each for materia fee. The worst $128.95. one dog"

"I was very impressed with the customer service and the register waiting time, 0 min. I purchased an extra large crate, dog bed and dog dishes raised. They helped me out to my truck and placed the crate in my truck. Thank you Robert and the lady who helped me."
