"I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS LOCATION IF I COULD! The people who work at this location are incompetent (this big word mean stupid for those that work here) and rude as hell, cursing at customers and over charging for products that have ampm logo on them (which come to find out they have no affiliations with) I found out they are not even associated with ampm anymore by the customer care center when I placed a call about this store, would highly recommend either of the neighboring gas stations to get way better service"

"I visited this location yesterday, 7/11/2019, for a car wash. I drove into the lane to use the pay station with my card. Inserted card, followed the prompts to choose the wash, entered my pin. "Processing payment..." I waited. And waited. A few minutes later, irritated with the delay, I tried to cancel the transaction. Nothing happened. Still "Processing..." After 4 minutes, the message read, "Error. Card Declined." I drove around and went inside to ask what's happening with the pay station. One cashier looked confused, and said they don't take payments outside, payment has to be made at the register. I asked, "Why is there a pay station there? Why isn't there a sign?" The clerk looked confused and repeated, "I can take your payment here." I looked around and found a different clerk, he also looked confused as he explained, "We had trouble with the pay station yesterday and today." I left, and will certainly wash my car elsewhere."
