"Charged me $10 for the wrong thing when what I wanted was .99cents and when I told him and showed him the sign he denied that the sign was the correct price. I buy these glas pods and devices every other day I know what they cost and he charged me for the device kit which comes with a two pack of pods for $10 but what I got was just the device for $10 when the device itself is only $1 as the sign below it says and he laughed and said not on sale anymore . Come on man you guys gotta get this straightened out $10 might not be much but it’s 10 times the cost of what I was supposed to pay and now I can’t even get my money back ? Robbed by this circle k and people just hanging out all over the property"

"Restroom not available, not able to provide receipt on pump when I come in have to wait for 10 minutes because not showing on computer, though Chema (clark) was kind enough to offer me coffee or something to drink. Circle k Restroom are a messy whenever available. Somehow I always regret stopping at circle K's Do better!"

"Been here 5 times in the last month to get my self fresh brew unsweetened tea and only one time did they have it. Last week went in on a Thur on my way to work 7:30am no tea, but today I finally had enough I went in it's a Sun 3pm I went again to get a tea there's no tea so I get a cup of ice. I go to the register and tell her it's only ice and she said it will be .79 I told here it was just a cup of ice and I would of got tea but you dont have none. So I asked her again are you really going to charge me for this cup of ice when for some reason you guys never have tea when i come in do you guys even ever make tea and she said yes but she was told not to make tea at this time of day. Needless to say she never gave me the cup of ice even though it was there fault that all I had was a cup of ice poor customer service. So I did finally get my tea from QT. I prefer circle K plus this one is the closest to me but with this kind of inconsistency I'm better of driving a little extra distance to QT were I know they always will have my tea."

"Can I even give this place 0 stars? EVERY single time I come in here there is ALWAYS something wrong. Soda machine is either down or absolutely disgusting. Not to mention how this location has little black flying bugs in their ice machine & won't do anything about it. Yes, I have showed the two cashiers & all they said was "well that's nasty" & continued on with their conversation. I walked the F out because how incompetent these people are. You're job is simple. Keep it clean & have good customer service. I stopped going there & dread anyone who wants to stop real quick. At least 7/11 HAS IT ALL, THEY'RE CLEAN, & FRIENDLY. ONLY went to this location because it's right next to my house & I didn't think it would be horrible EVERY time. The cashiers wait to respond to a text on their phones before they ring you out, they don't pay attention to the only work in front of them. There's always an issue so DON'T even bother. If you use card? Don't waste your time, the machine barely works."
