"I was at this Pharmacy today and the lady there say from far away (how can I help you) with out even look at me and keep talking to the coworker, I waited there till she didn’t look at me. I finally say I have a question and from where she was standing still talking to coworker ask what’s your question? Expecting me to scream my question, with out making any effort to help, the other lady answer my question in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This CVs does not care for customers at all."

"The entire pharmacy staff at CVS Gavilan Peak in Anthem has provided professional service of the highest quality, for my family and me, in the three years we’ve lived in Anthem. I am consistently happy and pleased with how hard working each and every pharmacy member has been, in meeting significant prescriptions needs for my family. All of the staff at this location have waited on my wife and I, at one time or another. Each and every staff member has been helpful, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all hard working. The pharmacy members should be recognized more for working hard, on their feet all day, meeting demands of customers who have little or no appreciation. Reading some of the one-star reviews, I am shocked at how little basic civility and human decency is given by those peoples’ harsh opinions. It’s a shame on the state of our society, when peoples’ expectation that they should get everything that they want, immediately, with no regard or appreciation for the help and hard work of others. I want to acknowledge that the past three years have seen intense pressures and demands from the Pandemic, combined with the daily needs for medication, and illness prevention (vaccination), and seasonal influenza in our local community. These hard-working CVS staff members have responded by giving great service and help to me and my family.
