My last attempt was today, tried calling to check on an item and I was rude told to wait, phone slapped down on the counter and left there for over 48 minutes until I finally hung up. It would be one thing if they were super busy but lucky me, DT does use a hold button so I sat there and listened to staff banter the entire time I waited…WOW, what a joke"
