"I had a great experience with Jennifer. I had a bad experience at a local salon that was much more expensive ( el belle). my hair was fried and uneven. Because I had no intention of making a fuss and allowing the person who ruined my hair to attempt to fix it I had to find someone else. I made an appt with Jennifer at the higley and pecos location. not only did she fix my hot mess hair but she also gave me the best blow out I’ve ever had…. I literally had beachy waves in my Stick straight hair from just a blow out. I would highly recommend her."

"went in not expecting a lot, just wanted something simple done and didn’t want to spend too much money. I didn’t get my stylist’s name but she didn’t talk to me the whole time (I’m not really a social person but at least introduce yourself etc). Oh well it went fast. I did think it was weird that she didn’t show me the back of my hair like stylists typically do once done but I didn’t think it would matter that much to ask so I left it. Got home and looked at the back and didn’t like what I saw. It could definitely be worse but what shape is that? Want to rate 2.5, it was definitely a mid tier experience"
