"I like QT , it seems like for the most part a well run business , until I downloaded the app, that was really handy to be able to grab a sandwich quickly for lunch and order it on the app and pick it up , grab a drink and some chips and get out quickly-at least that’s how it went the first couple of times, this has nothing to do with this particular store but I travel all over the state and 90% of the time it says it can’t make a sandwich or a pizza or whatever, it’s useless, why have the kitchen at all or the app? I don’t know if they can’t keep staff or what the problem is but completely unreliable and turns into a hassle when you’ve got to drive somewhere else now to get something, probably just use this place for gasoline and nothing else anymore, disappointing"

"I've ALWAYS found this store clean and inviting, staffed by friendly people. Based on geography alone this is not a location l frequent often. Friendly staff and clean restrooms are the norm here. I am disappointed in QT as a whole, when they arrived in the Tucson marketplace, they boasted that they'd have the cheapest gas in town, they lied."
