"Went in to ship a package, asked the tall girl with dark hair and glasses behind the shipping desk how to get it done, she told me “we can’t do that, you have to print it” so I asked where I need to print it, she didn’t even say anything , just pointed at the printers, by the time I turned around to ask her how to do it she walked away from me and blatantly ignored me with an attitude when I tried to ask another question. Then when the printers wouldn’t work I went back up to the counter and got no service at all. If you don’t want to help people stop working in customer service, because you are obviously have to care for doing your job. The only redeeming part of your store is the young man at the cash register who was very friendly"
