"Infuriating experience. The man with spiky blonde dyed hair and a gold cross necklace was the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with. He was disrespectful, had an attitude, and literally told us we were wasting his time. He shook his monitor at the register at me, lifted his hands up and dropped them while sighing in exasperation multiple times, and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. I had the hiccups and he asked if I needed water and I said no, but he gave me one anyway, and then would not proceed with the transaction until I started drinking it, which was bizarre. He spoke to my mother and I as if we had no idea what we were talking about. There's already reviews about how disrespectful he is, and it's legitimate. Alejandro from the pharmacy, on the flip side, was helpful and kind, as was the pharmacist on duty."

"My sister had an appointment today at 10:20am at the Tanque Verde location. She is ill, needed to be seen and was treated with disrespect by uncaring doctors in the clinic. When she approached the desk, there was no "Hi" or "Welcome" or "How can I help you". The lady said bluntly asked what do you want, my sister said she has an appointment and the lady said no. My sister made the appointment online and the lady went to talk to the doctor who said he has paperwork to do that he can see her in 2 hours. My sister, WHO IS ILL AND NEEDED TO BE SEEN BY A CARING DOCTOR was horrified by this. I am too. The LACK OF CARE in this facility is unbelievable. My sister made the appointment, had proof of the appointment but was treated with disrespect by a horrible staff."

"The person who helped me at CVS at the Bear Cyn / Tanque Verde was extremely courteous and went out of his way to show me how to use the ‘self help kiosk’ and how to extract all the rewards I had on my account. i believe he was the manager since he stepped into help as the line at the counter grew longer. That was also very helpful as many of us were in a hurry."

"This is my favorite CVS in Tucson and here are the reasons Store is always very wel stocked, everything is very clean including the restroom., the beauty area is always always very neat and well stocked , the staff is always professional and welcoming. Thus store can get bust sometimes at peak hours and if you need someone they will get to you as soon as you. Oh and the minute clinc staff very professional and takes good care of you."
