"I ordered meals for my friend and her family through Door Dash. She is battling cancer and I had picked this day on a Meal Train Calendar to deliver a meal to them to help through this incredibly difficult time. They delivered the wrong order to my friend’s house, a family of three, they received more of what looked like a meal for one and nothing was what they ordered. My friend sent me a photo of what was received and I reached out immediately to Door Dash. I was told my issue would be looked at and resolved in 24 hours. No assistance to get the correct meals to this family was offered. It has now been over 24 hours and all I have received is a $2 credit for what I can only assume is the delivery fees. No one has explained what that was for, but on a $75 order, a $2 refund is unacceptable. I have now spoken with 4 representatives and the last one told me I would not receive any refund, credit or replacement meal. I do not know how Door Dash can stay in business treating their customers this way. They clearly delivered the wrong order and refuse to fix this in any way. I will not be ordering through Door dash in the future.they are great so long as everything goes right, but forget about it if anything goes wrong. App is being deleted. Never again."
