I also enjoyed a fabulous facial and massage in the spa the following day. Everyone was so knowledgeable and accommodating. "I went here for a massage/spa day over Labor Day. It was a mistake going on a holiday as the spa share a pool with the hotel and they were having a pool party. We arrived a few hours early so we could hit up the pool, jacuzzi and maybe grab some food. But, they don’t have a jacuzzi and their on site food choices were very limited. There really wasn’t much else besides a steam shower. The massage was good but also expensive. Not a spa I would return to but the staff were all very kind and friendly so I’m giving them 4 stars."

"Clean spa, good massage and decent people. However, I was overcharged and was told that I would be contacted in 2 days. I went 10 days with no contact from the spa manager or accounting department as promised. On the 11th day I was finally contacted after reaching out on the 10th day. It would have been radio silence if I had not reached since they didn't follow through with their promise of contacting me within 2 days. Once they finally contacted me, they told me that the additional charge was for Prosecco. I didn't even want Prosecco. They handed it to all of us when we got in. They never said there would be a charge for it. Then charged ME for the drinks of 4 people. It's definitely frustrating to say the least. They totally scammed me. I never received an itemized receipt or consented to purchasing Prosecco for myself let alone 3 other people. Even though the massage was fine, I wouldn't suggest going here because of this situation. Stay *AWAY* from here!"
