"I was denied service here and ordered to leave for politely declining a rude, sassy employees' demands that I use self check out. I've been coming here multiple times a week for years, and I'm on a first name basis with a lot of the regular employees, but I've never encountered this specific guy, and I hope I never do again. I won't be coming here again, unfortunately; I'm more than willing to take my money elsewhere."

"The cashier's are nice but everything is overpriced and be prepared for a lot of panhandling and being bothered by men who are addicts. It's extremely difficult to walk over here from Motel 6 the road is terrible I turned an ankle and fell in the middle of the street the other afternoon. As soon as I got back to my room there was someone at my front door wanting me to go over to the dispensary for a third time to buy products for someone else because I have an ID this time it was a new debit card with no pin # No way.... I just read some of the other reviews and I can tell you I agree with the people that I have problems it took forever for the young lady to pick out two bags of tobacco that would be under $9... I think both of these five-star reviews are from the Addicts that hang out outside and irritate people. I'm in recovery and I try not to be judgmental but when a man asked me to go buy him cigarettes and I see him panhandling for money so that he can wreck up a motel room I have a problem with that. The pictures make it look nice but the parking lot is horrible there are a lot of hit and runs here."

"Come to this store usually everyday, most of the staff is familiar with me and all with the exception of one, whom thankfully and to the stores benefit, they let go about a week ago so issue solved. Would like to give a shout out for Ian , he's been there most of the 5 years I've been going there and he always provides not only me but every customer with knowledgeable, professional and friendly service, a definite asset to the company. "The Icee machine at this location stopped working today, about a 1/4 of the way of filling my cup and became out of order. I threw the used cup away and the female working came running up, hollering that I can't throw cups away and that I had to pay for something that was unusable and no fault of my own, she continued to repeat that I had to pay for a drink that I was unable to even get. Because of her actions you lost a gas fill-up and large tobacco sale. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I'll be going to quick trip from now on."

"I bought a 5 pack of Honeyberry Backwoods cigars today around 1030 am with only 4 cigars in them, you can feel right away . I then return inside the store with the unopened pack and told the clerk . She felt the other packs and informed me they all had 4 cigars in them. I didn't get any refund back but just thought I'd post this for the sake of not getting what I paid for , false advertisement that is."
