"Great work but never called me when it was ready. Good thing I remembered to follow up."
"I ordered an apron in May 2021, for $45.00. I called numerous times & was told different excuses. The last bogus reason was, “Oh, I just mailed it.” All the while I had been driving to the mail center asking if a package came for me. I must of gone there at least 10 times & I also called. Finally, the Mgr. tells me that he’ll call me when he gets it. Do you think I got on his nerve? Well, he never called me. So, I’ve decided to call my bank requesting a reversal as I still haven’t received the item purchased nor a phone call. I would take a photo but there’s nothing to display. My husband reminded me 5 minutes ago about my donation to M&D & I immediately picked up my cell to call & as I keyed in the name there were postings of dissatisfied customers."
"I wanted some Fall leaves on my denim tote. I ended up with one tiny leaf and paid $15! And it took 3 weeks because they lost it - twice. Very disappointed."
"Not only did they ruin my shirt a little but the embroidery is crooked. Do they not look at the product when it’s done? I only brought one shirt to give them the benefit of the doubt because I heard they were horrible. I was treated like a transaction instead of them checking their work. Not only am I not taking the rest of my shirts there but definitely not recommending them to nobody."
"I was looking for a patch, they had one in stock so I requested it with Velcro backing, paid in advance. The day of pickup, I was in a hurry. The guy who helped me was there shooting the breeze with another customer; I waited 2 minutes before that customer left so I could be helped. The staff-guy could've cut that convo short to get at me, he knew what I was waiting for and it was already paid for. I could've been rude and done the same. But yeah. Worth checking out. But don't hold your breath if you're in a hurry."
