"I have been going to this location for over a year, buying my gas, slurpees,and vape pods. There have been a few weird situations where I had to wait for the one and only associate was busy with propane tanks, taking a break, etc. Annoying but not so annoying or frequent that would cause me to take my business elsewhere. Yesterday on 02/24/2023 at 4:45 pm; however, I had a totally horrible encounter with the associate. I had purchased a 2 pack vape pod which was defective. She refused to give me a refund or replacement. She was perfectly fine with losing a steady customer. OK, so this wouldn't have been so bad but for her attitude, tone of voice, and saying f..k you as I walked out the door. In my humble opinion with 50 years of working with the public, this employee should be terminated immediately. See ya, Speedway. If you terminate this substandard employee, I will return."

"Only had one person on duty and she spent 25 min filling gas tanks. Unacceptable. 5o she has to close down the entire place while she's outside filling tanks. People were coming up to the door and leaving and not being able to pay cash for gas."

"Was just filling my Container with ice they refused me to fill my container, ive been working in the hot sun all day. And I never walked in to a Convenience store and they dont allow you to bring your own cups in to fill them. I hate speedway. Thats really trash never get my service"

"The lady sold me njoy pods but refused to sell me a beer because my ID is from Florida. What kinda sense does that make? You have to be 21 either way, even though I’m well over that and other speedways or gas stations don’t give me any issues with my multiple forms of identification."
