"I retract my original review of this store. I have visited this store everyday sometimes twice a day, now all of a sudden the manager does not remember me and does not recall me visiting here every day for the last 3 years. I have thought in the past the cashier desi a Hispanic big face female, was one of the nicest people, now not so much. I want to have a certain feelings about the nationality of the people it's really just Tucson. Theses folks need to wake up and get over themselves. The position they hold speaks mountains about their education level. This is a ghetto station"
"Female "manager" with an inflated sense of self importance and ridiculous fake eyelashes (some people can look good with them, she's a try-hard) has zero customer service skills and makes this location dreadful. Exceptionally rude, snotty, abrasive, combative and derisive. If you have any other option, skip this store."
"People are not nice. Customer service terrible. Wouldnt give me price of diesel over phone. Instead had me drive 30 miles to see they had raised 40 cents in 1 day!"
"Truly legit reasons why this location has such LOW ratings! I would give it 0/5 stars if possible! My husband went inside this store to prepay $25 gas for our Prius. He then was unable to pump gas as the pump did not reset to 0.00 (the previous customer had purchased $10), so he went back inside to inform Ada, the clerk who tendered the $25 earlier. Ada then falsely accused him of already pumping the $10 (the prior customer’s sale) and called the manager, Deisy, over who also accused him of having pumped $10. What?!?! He insisted he was unable to pump gas and told them to check our gas gauge as it is still on empty and asked for a refund to do business elsewhere. He eventually returned, pumped the gas and stated to me that the long delay was due to their wrongful accusation. We both went back inside to ask for corporate contact info and the manager then contradicted herself and the employee as to what actually happened— she stated well Ada may have not applied $25 but since my husband had already left the store she could not inform him. ?!?! Deisy then produced a $10 time-stamped receipt and figured that was sufficient documentation that my husband had purchased $10 of gas. ?!?! I would advise their reviewing camera footage if available and then implementing some training here. No acknowledgement of error, no apology on their part, nothing but disregard and utter lack of competence and awareness!"
"I was in a rush trying to get gas to check on a child's safety, I was almost hit by two cars just driving into the lot and I was the only one driving legally correct. I pulled up and noticed it was debit only outside, but there was a touch pay, I tried to use it with my credit card, it took a few tries and then finally told me to GO INSIDE. I go inside and ask her what was wrong, she said she didn't know, she had no idea what the touch pay was she said and that I needed a card. I told her I would just pay inside with touch pay and she said she didn't know how that worked either, because it was asking me for a pin, which I do not have for touch pay. She said too bad, that neither of them knew how it worked and then I ran outside and grabbed my wallet to pay with card. I asked why they had touch pay if it didn't work properly, she told me she had no idea and didn't know how to work it, again. Luckily, I made it safely to the child, but still, that was super aggravating on both the store end and am pm in general, trying to integrate technology that would be useful if it A)worked and b)trained employees working it. She wasn't trying to be helpful, she just looked annoyed with me and kept smacking her gum. Thanks, typical workers these days, annoyed at doing their job."
