"Until today I would have given this store 5 stars. It's unfortunate what one employee can do. I had purchases to make but Arturo's behavior and asking me to "LEAVE MY STORE!!!" caused me to go elsewhere. I feel sorry for him because he really didn't know how to answer why the Amazon return code Staples provides when returning my packages is different than what Amazon provided to me. In his defense, I was persistent and wanting an answer. I've never had this as an issue with returns at a UPS drop-off so this was all new to me. I'm still worried, Amazon hasn't received the package. Just great that I happened to use Staples for an expensive return. Won't happen again."
