"Well! Definitely will not be coming back, thanks to Kiki! Had the pleasure of leaving my locs feeling hard and stiff!!! Totally left the edge line for me to cut on account of me mentioning that I know how to edge my own hairline! She even hesitated to taper the back and sides like I've been doing. Mentioned that she was new, so I took a deep breath and prayed for the best and took a chance. There were a few more things as well, like leaving clips in my hair, that was unprofessional, but I'll leave it at that. I'm sure there are other great artists at this location, but now I am steering clear! Surely wasn't worth the base price of $180! Updated : Hair still looks good, although! I still had to touch it up in order to receive that finish that I was hoping for. Updated 12/28/2023 : Realizing now how important certain processes are when it comes to interlocking. She failed to do a lot of things, and it's showing."
