"I recently had the misfortune of visiting Los Barberos Barbershop and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a barbershop. The overall atmosphere and customer service were shockingly disappointing. First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. The lack of attention to detail was painfully obvious, as my haircut turned out uneven and unprofessional, and when I asked to have it fixed the barber told me he had another appointment to take and that I would have to wait one whole hour for him to fix it. So then he should have never started cutting my hair to begin with! Then he brought his boss to my seat and when I asked them to fix the haircut they said “it looks fine to me”. Completely unprofessional. What added to my frustration was the complete disregard for punctuality. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait for an unreasonably long time before my turn came. The staff appeared disorganized, with no apparent system in place to manage appointments efficiently. Overall, my experience at was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a quality haircut and good customer service to steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other barbershops in the area that prioritize professionalism, courtesy, and skill. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better place for your grooming needs."
