"The lady complains a lot while braiding you to drive up prices. She complains about the texture of your hair. She complains she is standing a lot, she complains about her back. She complains about the braid pack. She spends the whole time braiding you complaining. She is always late coming to the salon, every time I have gone there - she is late, and she chose the time. If you tell her your dissatisfied with all the things she is doing she doesn’t do the braids well. She will mess up your hair if she feels like your not entertaining her antics. Is unprofessional and it’s very displeasing to the customer and hear all the negative comments about your hair."
