"Weird experience. Have you ever had a first date where you went to an event that you really wanted to have a good time but your date just wasn't into you? You try so hard to keep the vibes positive. But you just know it's not going to work. However, you don't want any negative experience with the date. After all, the bald man told me not to trust him with hairstyle choices because he doesn't have any hair. And he's holding sharp objects! I asked him how business was, and he complained about all his customers abandoning him. He said they were disloyal. Maybe it could be something else? Your personality disorder and communication style perhaps? Avoid at all costs. The haircut was fine but the vibe is just too creepy. There's got to be some reason why he just works by himself when all the other barbers I know are busy as heck. Edit: Response to owner - Your being disingenuous in your response to my comment is at least authentic and congruous to the character you presented to me. Let me translate that into "Western" for you. Let sleeping dogs lie."

"Mike is the barber you’re all looking for. His shop is tucked away off of Ina Rd in the Suncreek shopping center, but well worth the effort to find it. He’s a Texan at heart, and his passion for the Old West is evident in his shop. No raunchy magazines or music, just decency and history. Most of all, his haircuts are on point. Every. Time. He remembers your style and cut and time in chair is only ever about 10-12 minutes. Finished off with straight razor shave of the back of the neck and you’re off. He is taking reservations only at this time but usually never an issue getting in."

"Suncreek is a great place to get a haircut. Mike is very friendly and remembers his customers and even remembers the last haircut you asked for. I enjoy the pictures he has on the wall of the old cowboys and the magazine's he has available for the usual slight wait. The store is located in the back of the shopping center which makes it possible to look over, however the haircuts are inexpensive and spot on what you ask for. It's a great place and I will not be changing barbers any time soon. Worth the drive and the wait."
