"I am a novice to the RZR world. Dean and I assume his wife was nothing short of amazing. I just want to be safe at the moment, so no performance upgrades just yet. I am very pleased with the amount of information, recommendations and etc. that I was provided. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being over sold on products. I was simply offered multiple solutions, and I chose based on safety and my wallet. It'll be kind of hard to go elsewhere after that kind of customer service."

"I really hate to leave a bad review. However, as a business, they handled my situation completely the wrong way I called roughly a month ago to get a quote for my RZR with a bad bottom end. I bought it this way already with engine removed. I am completely understanding with pricing and such given the state that it’s in. I talked to a representative here and he said no worries about the current state. Not a big deal. No core charge, nothing. I was very shocked and pleased to hear this. He also told me to just drop it off with every bolt and part I have that’s removed and they will get it taken care of with a brand new engine for $5k. I was blown away by the price. I explained the situation again just to clarify he completely understood. Again, he said no problem. Just to bring it by with everything I have once again. I asked him “how long do I have for this deal? I’d like to get this to you guys by the end of the month - august”. He told me “yeah we can still honor it till then but not further than that.” GREAT ! I was extremely happy to get this RZR finally running I called again 2 weeks later (going into the month of august) and had a few questions before dropping it off. The lady answering the phone asked if I got a name. I did not. She gave the phone to another tech. He said “yeah we know exactly who you are referring to. He’s not here right now but I will call you back regarding that quote once we speak to him”. Though, he did say his boss remembers that conversation between me and the other technician. Next day, nothing. I called the day after. I talked to the same lady answering the phone. She told me I will be speaking with Jake for now on. However, he’s on vacation and won’t be back for a week. I called back the next week. I spoke to the same lady and she put me on hold for 17 minutes and hung up. At this point, I get the feeling that something isn’t right and they’re avoiding me. I called back. She handed the phone to Jake. Jake just told me “yeah we can’t do that. The engine alone is $5.5k”. Gave me 0 explanation of someone from the shop giving me some bogus quote nor seemed to care that they just wasted my time. I didn’t care to even move forward with anything given the events. The thing is, if they knew that they messed up, why not just be upfront with me from the get go? I’m not looking for anything more than honesty. It’s a waste of my time that i could’ve been set on another place or another solution to get my RZR squared away. Instead, they strung me along for weeks. All just to tell me “yeah no that’s not happening” after a representative told me otherwise? AND apparently the boss was there while the conversation occurred?? That being said, I sure as hell won’t ever come back here for anything else"
"We are from Austin,TX and at the Buttercup Ranger station riding the dunes for Thanksgiving. We had a couple of parts break on our RZR 1000, one of which was the springs in rear shocks. The RZR Werks team was amazing, very knowledgeable, helped complete the repairs quickly. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company. Also appreciate their remote parts inventory at the Dunes!"
