I don’t think it is right that I was charged a restocking fee on a product I couldn’t even and didn’t use that I was returning because it was missing parts needed to use it. I made a mistake coming to this location. It won’t happen again."

"From the outside the store does not look like it’s even open any more. But it is. Unfortunately the prices that were once really good here are no longer the case in my opinion. Maybe some tools are still cheaper but the items like rubber Nitrile gloves have doubled in price. An example is I purchased 100 5ml gloves at H.F. For $11.99. I could have purchased 400 nitrile 5ml gloves from Costco for $19.99 but thought I could still get them for the 5.99 I used to pay at H.F. Even Amazon is cheaper now than here. Hindsight at this point."
