"The workmanship was horrible. A total of nine bent nails were left sticking out of the baseboard. (Click on the photo of the corner to see one of them.) Caulk was literally smeared on the cut ends of the baseboard. Much of the trim was cut too long and left sticking out. When I asked for corrections the same crew showed up and proposed to add more caulk to fix the problems. I told them to leave and spent two and a half days fixing the problems myself."

The Showroom Manager, Karie, was extremely knowledgable and helpful as deciding which floor to choose can be very overwhelming. The subcontracted install crew, Adrian and Victor, were punctual and were very mindful about cleaning up at the end of the day. We had some unexpected issues arise with the install which were solved quickly. And, most importantly, each board was installed with precision.
